Home Health services is skilled clinical care ordered by your physician that takes place in the comfort of your own home. Our highly qualified clinicians and therapists will develop an individualized ‘Plan of Care’ with your physician to help you rehabilitate from medical procedures and/or help chronic conditions

IS HOME HEALTH COVERED BY INSURANCE?

YES! Care Plus Home Health is proud to be Medicare Certified and Joint Commission accredited. Medicare will pay 100% for home health services for Medicare eligible patients when they meet home health criteria.

If you have a commercial insurance (PPO, HMO), CARE PLUS will contact your insurance company to determine what benefits are available to you.
