First Visit and In-home Assessment--No Charge and No Obligation
Each of our CarePlus clients experiences the benefit of a CarePlus assessment. When the assessment is scheduled, you can expect a CarePlus team member, usually a nurse, to come to your home and meet you personally. This first meeting is a great opportunity for us to get to know you better, and there is no obligation or charge.

Because the CarePlus staff gathers information from you and gets to know you on a personal level, we are better prepared to carefully choose the best caregiver for your specific needs. CarePlus also custom designs a care plan to fit your unique situation and needs. A home care plan designed with this level of detail and attention, based on the client's needs and wants, is also the most cost-effective.
Your CarePlus Team
Our years of experience in home care has made our management more aware of the importance of continuity of staff for clients. Because of this, we provide all our clients with a Caregiving Team. Our Caregiving Teams work with specific clients, and our clients feel comfortable with working with the same individuals, who know them and their care needs. These teams consist of three different types of supportive staff:
Care Management and Ongoing Supervision
During the visit, the CarePlus supervisor reviews the care plan with you to confirm that you are happy with the service that you are receiving, or, if appropriate, suggests changes to better meet your needs. Supervisory visits also offer you the added benefit of forming a strong, productive liaison with us.
Regular visits by CarePlus’s management or nursing team is an integral part of the quality care they deliver.
24 Hour “On-Call” Service
CarePlus is available to handle issues that arise with our clients and their care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
